We had really great seats! Row 3, but the security people allowed us to go right up to the stage! It was a lot of fun!

We saw Counting Crows at this venue the year before, first time there. If I recall, there was an impending thunderstorm on this day so we spent too much time preparing for that, with boots and tarps, and ended up at the very back center of lawn. The wind at our back blew their sound away from us, so we didn't have great volume. We drank plenty of beer instead and still enjoyed our DMB.

Just an Alright setlist. second half was way stronger than first half. Wished there was more from AFTW and a couple fewer Big Whiskey songs. Big Whiskey and Gravedigger were definite low lights. DDTW, Warehouse, Rapunzel, Crush, WWYS good highlights. Also the sound seemed to fluctuate pretty bad at the back of the lawn. Unsure if the sound system was having trouble or not, but it did not sound good plenty of times. Edit: I'd also like to add that Rooftop was a pleasure as well and stands out amongst the new material. Even if i didn't appreciate some other setlist choices as much, the performance of what was there was pretty good, no doubt.

The venue- awful. Sold too many tickets and the sound was terrible from the lawn. And we were COMPLETELY surrounded by people who were casually chatting throughout the entire show. Crazy. As for the show, I was very pleased. After starting with a mundane Eh Hee, Seven, If Only, it really picked up there. My 11th show, finally got Rapunzel and WWYS. The songs were tight and the band had a ton of energy. Some will complain about the lack of variety of setlists, which is valid. But the band is playing songs very well right now.

One of the best nights of my life! I brought my whole family to the show- Mom and Dads first show and they were dancing in the aisle and singing- they loved it! Got to hear Crush- and again 3 song encore was amazing.

I wish I could say more about this show but unfortunately I can\'t. This was my 35th show and was .8 miles from my house in Southaven. I knew it was going to go one of two ways and that is lets rock the house with an awesome set because we haven\'t played in MS in along time or the second and that is lets just play a mediocre set because we haven\'t played here in a while and we can get away with it. Unfortunately it was the latter. First of all it got off to a slow start and by the time it started picking up steam it was over. Dancies, Warehouse, Jimi were great but not enough to carry the show. Rooftop has really turned into a good song. I liked what they have done with it this year. The energy was great and the guys seemed to be having a good time and that counts for something but the setlist could have been so much better.

Terrible venue but one of the greatest shows ... dave and everyone just in a great mood and it showed in all their energy. Had great seats down close and enjoyed seeing all the band interactions. Funniest part of the night, when dave broke a string and his guitar tech didn't notice for like 45 seconds. Finally Dave held the guitar over his head with one hand and just looked at the audience like WTF ? Tech noticed then and sprinted out - probably got a little grief after the show!

Look...I don\'t know what more the band can give. That\'s the most fun I\'ve seen these guys have in a long time. Stefan was really letting loose, Dave was really into the concert. They were joking around in between songs...they wanted to be there. That was probably the best crowd I\'ve been a part of. I mean there isn\'t one thing about the band\'s energy that would suggest they mailed it in. Were there same old songs...yeah...but there were surprises as well. Those are what I look for. Great Show!!!!

Let's review this show from a Deer Creek, Gorge, or Alpine aspect. The venue???? Seriously? Small county fair stage. Over sold and a disaster. Wait, what? No water, no beer, sold out! The band... I've read reviews that state " On fire", "awesome", "having a lot of fun." Your kidding me right? Dave was so far off his game, that Boyd tried to carry the load. Jeff was lost in space... Carter always is a "GOD", NOT TONIGHT! They had no flow, yet I expected this type of performance this early on the schedule. Maybe my review is biased, I just did not enjoy this show. If this performance would have been at one of the venues listed above, I would die. All factors add up to one conclusion. One of the bottom 5 shows I have ever witnessed in 17 years. 3 stars is a stretch, I bumped it up from 2 just because the sky broke open with water from the heavens and washed away the crap I just witnessed.

Worst DMB show I have been to this far. Obviously it wasn't because of the band. This show was bad because it was the worst atmosphere for a show I had ever been to. No one knew the words to the songs. No one gave a shit about the band, which was obvious by the continued conversation the whe show. Also smoking was very sketchy.

The band was tight and the guys were having an amazing time. Amazing performances, even if the set list itself wasn't exciting. The venue was small and intimate. Sound was good from the lower pavilion. Great times.
