The acoustic set was awesome and it was impressive to see how they jammed on Two Step , Jimi Thing & Stay, I'll Back You Up Was a special one for me. Sound was solid and the crowd appreciative. Second set was equally strong and #27, Proudest Monkey, & Granny were highlights. SPAC loves DMB, and the band always gives it their all and showing their love back. Looking forward to N2.

Made the 12 hour drive from Chicago to SPAC this year since they skipped their annual Alpine Valley stop. Loved the new 2sets format & things got going in a hurry once the band busted out Two Step w/Stefan on the stand up bass. Very old-school feeling to it w/no songs being played from BWGK & lots of Crash. Hope this continues tomorrow!

Great show, was skeptical of the acoustic set and being all the way out in the lawn but enjoyed it a lot. Nice change up to hear some songs you may not otherwise. First time at SPAC, loved it.

IBYU full band was what I've been hoping and waiting for since 2003 when I heard it just with Dave & Tim. So, this was pretty close! It was absolutely beautiful.

Boyd had something to prove tonight. Crowd was insane. HUGE ENERGY ALL AROUND. Top 5 show for me! One of the best live LIOG I ever heard! Band was on FIRE.

A great N1 for myself and HS Buddy!!! Had a great time and loved the new 2-set format!!! As soon as they walk on stage all the hassle and 5-hour drive stress melts away!!! I preferred N1 over N2 but that's just my take on a wonderful 2-night SPAC run! Always great!

FAWESOME night. I love this place... so happy to be back! The main set was really solid and reminded me of the great shows from years ago. Even the "davespeak" was a nice treat. Only one BW song played is great news to my ears (plus I like #27, too).
Warehouse --> #41 --> Granny probably was the highlight moment from a list of great back-to-back performances. This was icing on the cake, as compared to unexpectedly being able to spend most of the show with 4 friends in the back of Sec 13.
Tough ride up with the storm but 100% worth it. THANK YOU to B-Rad & Ant for making this possible.

This concert was laughable. 7(!!!!!!!!!!) songs off Crash? Is it 1996? 2(!!!!!!!) songs off their latest album?? JUST 2!!!!! What a joke. All those Crash songs are fun & I love them all, but Christ almighty... It's 2014! The crowd was terrible. So disrespectful. I was in Section 10 ROW EE seats 18/19, & too the assholes who clogged up the aisle & were disrespectful to security... EFF YOU. The crowd + a terrible set = the one of the worst shows I've ever experienced.

Group around us seemed to be mostly senior warehouse. Most people were not paying attention to opening DMB set; on their phones and one lady had an iPad. It was disgraceful. It was my brother's first DMB show inside, and I was very disappointed at the group around us.

It has been a long time since I was at SPAC. I've been spoiled by the Gorge, the lawn at SPAC looked brutal. Very full house, good energy. Love the split format adding new twists to old tunes. Proudest Monkey always seems to slow a nice tempo run. Loved Granny and the heavy flavor of early songs. Fun night at SPAC but if it is the second best place to regularly see DMB, it is a very distant second.

Made the trek from Seattle to SPAC just to see what the fuss is all about. I've been to 29 Gorge shows, so I'm a bit spoiled, but I've got to give it up to SPAC - it's a great venue, but only if you're inside, where it's intimate and cozy and LOUD. 4/5 stars for SPAC.
As for the show, night 1 was weaker than night 2. Whiter Shade, Stolen Away, Sugar Man - Meh. (And I loved the Rodriguez documentary!) The electric set list didn't flow for me, until the triple-threat of #41, Granny, and Grey Street. That was the highlight of the night. Weak start, strong ending, weak encore. 3/5 stars.
But SPAC rocks! I'll see you next year, Saratoga!

Amazing show. First time in the balcony and I loved every minute. Not only did the acoustic set blow me away (that format is great btw) but the electric set even more. Dave said it's always nice to come back to SPAC and it showed, he and the band were on point. So glad to have been there - oh and the poster is awesome too (love that combination, great show and poster on the same night). Can't wait to see what happens tonight.
