Song Interpretation |

Inspired by Hurricane Katrina, and the devastation in New Orleans. It has another inspiration - one from Dave's daughter Stella, who asked to be included in a song as her sister Grace often was (in the word grace). There is also a sly reference to the conspiracy theory that the Bush Administration (The Devil) blew up the levee's to flood the lower quarter. |
